Plantexpand started back in 1987 as a family run, small-tools repair and supply business. Three years of hard work, long hours and happy customers later, in 1990, we grew bigger. So big, in fact, that we decided to restructure.
We realised our customers needed an all-in-one, go-to destination for vehicle and plant repairs and maintenance, so that’s what we gave them. It worked so well, we’re still doing it today, although we’ve carried on growing – along with our customers. So much so that, these days, we also offer a comprehensive outsourcing service to a whole range of clients.
Tailor-Made Services
The next big change came in 2016, when we created PAMS (it stands for Plantexpand Asset Management System). It’s a computer software designed to give customers a complete, at-a-glance overview of, well… pretty much everything – from spend analysis to VOR tracking, bookings, fleet availability and much, much more.
Of course, we know better than most that there’s no such thing as a one-size-fits-all solution, so we decided to offer a tailor-made treatment. You tell us what you want to see, and we’ll build a bespoke dashboard to suit your exact needs.
